-- we had our first baby shower! T's family threw me a sweet shower with our friends from church & work. Everyone was super generous gifting us multiple sizes of diapers, bath supplies, toys, books, swaddles, nursing pillow, and a play center from great-grandma! We ate a delicious brunch spread and played a few games. We were touched that some many people braved the winter storm to celebrate this kid with us! Can't believe we are just 6 weeks from our due date!
-- We enjoyed spending time with T's Aunt and Uncle who were visiting from Texas. We shared a few meals and the boys also spent time after the baby shower at the horse track. Unfortunately, we were having a "life-threatening winter storm" (thankfully our area got very little ice or snow - but other parts of the state were hit hard!) so they didn't have a live race for them to watch. We are blessed with the best family! We weren't able to make another trip to the new house - but our big move date is less than 4 weeks away. After I take boards tomorrow, we will be in full packing mode!
