-- we enjoyed being back in Omaha for Easter Sunday! Our Omaha family is starting to expand and it is so fun to see these little kiddos on a regular basis! We enjoyed Easter Brunch with some of our extended family and then a few hours with my parents before heading back to Grand Island to some snow (bleck!). These next few weeks are going to get busy for us as I prepare for boards and then we start moving to Holdrege! The biggest challenge will be prioritizing everything appropriately and not by what tasks are the most entertaining (i.e. shopping for new living room furniture or dreaming about this baby!). However, we did make some fun purchases this week like the window coverings for the main floor of our new house! We fell in love with an $$$ option, so we've had to wait to see how all of our other expenses fell before we went forward with the order. I was starting to think I may have to hang sheets over the windows the first few months we lived there as we saved a little more cash. But thankfully, we withheld more money for our taxes this year and buying a house worked in our favor so we didn't owe extra taxes this season - leaving room for window coverings!
