-- the kids were spoiled to have Gigi AND Pap pap for part of the week. Their days of staying home are numbered (1 month left) and they are probably sick of me telling them to soak it up. The weather has been beautiful- Elle has been playing with different elements in her water table (shaving cream, water beads) and T played with his new toy (and electric edger). Our landscaping was outlined with brick which had shifted and discolored - and this weekend I removed most of it to a pile on the side of the house. Cal happily sat and played in his wagon while we did these chores. We also had a landscaper come out to help us brainstorm some updates - we're hoping to have some numbers/concrete ideas back in the next week or so. I also took the kids on a longer-than-initially-expected bike ride (them in the trailer behind my bike) which was great until we spent some time at the playground with a potty-training 3yo with no diaper bag. Ahhhhh life with small children. Today we enjoyed having one of our favorite families over to visit. We cooked a large spread for Cafe Rio knock-off salads and the girls picked up right where they left off.
