This week..
-- Elle continues to be obsessed with multiple animated TV series but we still haven't achieved a family movie night. We tried to watch Cinderella as she has been loving fairytale bedtime stories but she only hung with it because she knew she was up past her bedtime. Elle makes us smile anytime she declares something "BEAUtiful!" because its said with such genuine excitement and purity. She noticed my necklace this week and now is very excited about when she is old enough to have her own necklace and jewelry box. She is counting down to Easter and her birthday - this girl loves an excuse to celebrate. I asked Elle what she expects for her birthday party (remember, this girl has never attended anyone's party thanks to the pandemic!) she said she hopes she has balloons of every color on her chair and a cake with purple! Sounds doable, right?
