-- we survived the week of rotating 6 children (< 2 - 4yo!) between each of our houses on our "day off". We added in some PTO so we could achieve 2 adults most of those days but it was still understandably chaotic. I lucked out and had beautiful 60F weather so we were able to play outside. Unfortunately, a group of littles outside without a fence and without the ability to play many organized games came with it's own chaos but we got through it! Elle loved rotating to the different houses where there were new toys (and probably less restrictions than a typical day at daycare since we were all in survival mode).
-- I received by second COVID19 vaccine. T-minus 2 weeks until I'm invincible ;)
-- I resurrected one of my old iPod touches and Elle is loving pretending its her new cell phone. She spends most of her time on "FaceTime" showing family members her toys. We had to rush down to the basement earlier because "Gigi Pap Pap want to see baby's milk!" - she got a new set of bottles for her baby dolls which she insisted she keep in her play fridge to keep them cool. We're figuring out how to stay active despite these cool temperatures. If often takes a conscious effort but it definitely pays off!
