This week..
-- we watched the One World concert at home on the back deck last night because the weather was beautiful. Elle thoroughly enjoyed herself because we set out a few bowls of snacks (we must have forgot a toddler lives here!). At times she couldn't keep her lips together because of all the goodies in her cheeks! BUT, she was legitimately helpful earlier in the day as we removed sod to create a flower bed at the base of the fireplace. K shoveled out the sod, E picked up the squares of sod and placed them in 5-gallon buckets, and T repurposed them in the yard! E is still the happiest when she is outside. Occasionally she will ride in a wagon or stroller but she prefers to be the one pulling the wagon. She rushes down the block towards any barking dog "pup pup! pup pup!" but doesn't come within 5 feet of them. T is officially working form home for at least another month and we're continuing to adjust to this new routine. We feel fortunate to be living in small-town USA where we have very little prevalence of this virus, however, we're bordered by hotspots so we aren't out of the woods yet.
