ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 T sesame seeds
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
salad greens
dressing:
2/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T fresh ginger, minced
2 T brown sugar
pinch red pepper flakes
directions
- Blend together dressing ingredients (we used our NutriBullet)
- Pour 1/3 of dressing over cooked chicken then sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Serve chicken, oranges, and red onion over salad greens
This is super simple and delicious! The only ingredients I had to purchase at the store was salad greens, a red onion, and fresh ginger. I love recipes with simple shopping lists!
