The Stoeckers Tackle Medical School

This week..

— I’ll remember dancing in the living room to Christmas pop music. The constant “Mom watch this! Dad! Watch me!”

— I’ll remember Cal’s new response to “where are you?” “I’M RIGHT HERE!”

— I’ll remember Elle and Cal’s first eye exams and how old they looked sitting nicely in the exam chairs (but also still need wrestled for eye drops..)

— I’ll remember Thanksgiving in Lincoln and the kids joy to be with their cousins (and their dogs!)

— I’ll remember their fascination with boxes of decorations at our house and Great-grandmas. Cal’s fascination with the train under our tree - just like Elle at his age.

— I’ll remember Elle shopping for her brother’s Christmas gifts and how thoughtful she was as she brainstormed ideas. And how she almost lasted all evening before she was disappointed she didn’t bring home a toy for herself.
