This week..
-- we are still out of rhythm from our typical weekly routine. We have tears at daycare drop off and late evening naps. We had inches and inches and inches of snow. But despite all the time behind the snow-blower, I'm still not sure the best route for our big driveway. Elle is enjoying her indoor bounce-house and last night we make 4 spots on the floor of it that you "couldn't touch" while we jumped or tossed a ball around. The best thing about being a toddler? You NEVER touch those spots. Every time she landed on one she had an excuse or reassured me that she was "very very close" but was certain she did not actually touch it lol. She is loving the storage closet under the stairs and has claimed it as her "house". She is constantly raiding drawers and stuffing makeup bags or other small zippered bags full of treasures. It's amazing I have anything I need each morning. We made a batch of caramel corn today and I told her I almost added an ingredient early, she replied, "It's okay Mommy. Everyone makes mistakes".
