-- started with 8 inches of snow and Elle's first (attempt to) play in it! It came up to her knees so she was sort of planted in her spot. She made lemons into lemonade and at least made a few snow balls! Thankfully we were still able to travel safely to both families' Thanksgiving celebrations. We had a wonderful time. Elle traveled well and was a good sport at both meals. We didn't do much Black Friday shopping but we did save $100 off Elle's next carseat #thisstageoflife. It's always bittersweet to leave family and head back home but we're grateful we're driving distance and were able to spend as much time away as we did.
