-- we had family visit Saturday morning! I popped over to the hospital for rounds and then met them to show them our home and a taste of our town. We walked down to the coffee shop for breakfast and the weather was beautiful. It was so nice of them to stop!
-- Elle has been full of energy. She runs instead of walking and eats 3 fruit snacks at a time. She still brings us our shoes asking to go outside nearly non-stop. She also frequently tries to walk around in Mom's shoes. She now has a platform stepstool in the kitchen that allows her stand at the counter - she loves the independence! We're finding a new nap rhythm during errands now that she has officially outgrown the infant seat so she has to be woken to get in and out of the car. She is also completely weaned from breastfeeding and thankfully it didn't disrupt her sleep. We didn't think ahead to have a Husker shirt for Elle for the first game but she has one in the mail for next week!
