This week..
-- we celebrated a cousin's birthday at the UNL Bowling Alley. The young kids had a good time - but so did us older kids! T and I quickly bowled a 3rd game before the party wrapped up because we needed a tie-breaker (I won, thanks for asking!). T had the last laugh because my plant-leg is sore today! This was probably the last time we will be able to fit the whole Grand Island crew into one car to make the trip!
-- T continues to be successful at work, and after whining last week about unexpected expenses, he received 2 unexpected bonuses at work! Both are due to the Bank's overall success and his department meeting their goals, not his specific work, but he hit his own goal for the year already in the beginning of February. He says he is either doing really well or set his goal too low (maybe both!).
-- we started putting together a baby registry which feels like a milestone as we start to dream of life after pregnancy! Also, I am no longer working with the girls youth group at church so they made me a plate of cookies and sweet thank you notes last week -- the cookies had this kiddo doing back flips and T got to feel the baby move for the first time!
