This week I..
-- enjoyed delivering babies! I really, really love obstetrics. EVEN when I get called in at 3:45am. It's totally worth it.
-- spent nearly every night outside (because the weather was gorgeous!) but now my allergies are totally mad. Boo! My favorite evening was walking through the houses at Street of Dreams chatting about our hopes for our future then sharing a meal on the patio of Kona Grill. Organized date nights like that sure don't happen often around here so we enjoy them when they do!
-- played a new game with new friends! We love/hate this time of year in our neighborhood when so many friends move away but they are replaced by lots of great new ones. We are trying to invite as many over for dinner as possible so we can get to know them all!
-- made a batch of our favorite jalapeño-cilantro ranch. We're eating it over romaine with cilantro-lime rice and shredded pork. I love to spend time in the kitchen! I miss cooking (and especially eating!) on busy rotations.
