This week I...

-- panicked on Tuesday when I realized I didn't write a blog post last week! I spent all day Sunday at the hospital with a patient in labor so I didn't even realize I was supposed to write a post. Sorry everyone!

-- mourned with a good friend who lost her little girl 2 weeks before she should have made her entrance into the world. Thankfully the few hours I had away from the hospital this week allowed me to attend the funeral services.

-- enjoyed delicious meals at home via Hello Fresh. Have you heard of them or the other similar companies? We used a coupon code (JJJYBZ is one you can use!) so it was super affordable for the 3 meals. Sometime I'll show you the pictures of the delicious meals we made..

-- worked probably 1,000,000,000,000 hours and didn't sleep even 60 seconds during two overnights this week. T is incredible and has been such an amazing support to me through these long weeks! Seriously, he is the best. I am so lucky!

-- loved all my new pregnant ladies in clinic. I only have a few more months in Omaha that I can accept new OBs (otherwise I'll be in Grand Island when they deliver!) so I'm enjoying every minute. Obstetrics is such a refreshing balance to many of the heavy conversations I find myself having while working in the hospital.  I love all the variety within my speciality!
