INGREDIENTS
3 carrots
1/2 zucchini
handfull green beans
1 1/2 # sirloin
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 cloves minced garlic
1 T. fresh ginger
1 T. sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
-- combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, & sesame oil
-- slice sirloin into thin, even rectangles (we made 8) & place meat in marinade
-- pan fry vegetables in olive oil until crisp-tender and season with salt & pepper
-- assemble rolls with vegetables in the middle and secure with a toothpick
-- grill until done to your liking!
