M2- WEEK THIRTY THREE

This weekend, we took full advantage of the beautiful spring weather with a date night to the ballpark! Some friends gave us tickets (and parking! yay!) to the Creighton baseball game so, we hurried through our homework and grabbed a quick sandwich at Twisted Fork before the game. The best part? Spending time with each other.. duh! But the second best part was the whole evening fit very nicely into our student budget since it only cost us a total of $15! ($5 Living Social deal and a $10 tip to the waiter) The weather was gorgeous.. windy, but still beautiful. We had awesome (front-row!) tickets which were a blast, but also a little awkward when the dancers are on the dugout honestly inches from your face. Thankfully that only lasted a few minutes...

We spent Saturday in Lincoln with family and had a total blast with the little ones. We spent part of the morning at a huge community garage sale (we came home with books for T's football cards, jam, and jerky). In the afternoon we made a spontaneous trip to Scheels and T came home with a shot gun! He's stoked. We will definitely be at the cabin the next free minute we find. We finished the evening with a delicious rib dinner before hurrying home so I could find a few minutes to study. I did listen to lectures in the car so I didn't totally blow off school this weekend. I suppose the truth will come out when I take my next test Friday morning...

Now, for the rest of today, T and I get to snuggle on the couch because church is on TV this weekend. Twice a year we get to watch the exact same talks as everyone else in the world.. pretty fun! Have a fantastic week!

xo,
Krista
