This week, I upgraded from my Droid phone (which is technically a "smart" phone, but in reality it continually claimed to be "out of space" and then refused text messages. Not so intelligent.) to this beautiful piece of technology:
As a phone, it is a fantastic device. The internet is amazingly fast, messaging has some awesome options, and it has has iCal (which has been my calendar of choice for years). But the best part? It syncs (automatically!) with our desktop and ipad. Gone are the days of uploading photos or documents or syncing calendars from one device to another! So convenient! In this time in our life where T works 40 hours each week, spends another 10 with his school work, I spend 25ish hours in class and another 25-40 hours studying.. time-saving devices improve our quality of life immensely.
FAMILY
Today we visited our new baby cousin and it gave me the perfect opportunity to play with the camera on my phone. I took over 150 pictures, but Blogger is demanding I pay if I upload many more pictures, so here is a condensed photo diary of our afternoon:
We rode bikes, read books, and had lots of giggles.
Here is the precious new one! Isn't he handsome!
And of course, we all took a turn!
Plus, I love a great excuse for a new recipe (thanks Pinterest!)
Did you find an excuse to get outside today and enjoy the beautiful weather?
