This week..
— my parents spent the weekend with us. Elle brought them to our church’s Trunk-or-Treat and they were good sports dressing up. She loved the extra attention but did not love sharing her toys. She has mastered “No! Nooooooooo! No! No! No!”. On the other hand, she will often (note, not always!) clean up her toys when asked. She understands everything has a place and puts her dirty laundry in it’s spot, trash in the bin, and toys on her shelves. She can point out more and more animals in her books and has a few more understandable words. She’s often sleeping until we wake her before work and I find myself missing those extra minutes together in the morning (though it is nice to not have the bathroom in shambles on a daily basis). We’re dreading daylight savings time and what that may do to our comfortable routine. Life is so fun right now!
