M3-- WEEK FIFTY TWO

This past week was the LAST WEEK OF M3 YEAR! I took one last computerized test on Friday afternoon and then I enjoyed my 64 hours of summer vacation! Yes, I did have to give up my week of vacation when I was accepted into PriCare, but I'd say that is still a win on my part!

Although it was test week, I decided that I still wanted to make it to at least one CWS game. We went with a group of T's friends from work and grabbed a row of seats in general admission:

So how did we spend the weekend away from school?

We started Friday night by celebrating our friends' engagement! The best photo documentation I can provide is a red-light-selfie, the appetizer spread before dinner, and the boys playing a game at Beercade:

Yesterday, T worked while I caught up on errands (haircut, groceries, etc) and even better - got to see my college roomie! Then last night T and I played a mean game of pickleball for some exercise (which we ended with a trip to Dairy Queen..)

Tonight we had my family over for dinner because my brother is back in town from NYC and my mom returned from Pittsburgh. My mom was the only one who remembered to take any pictures.. so you only get a picture of us and the food.. no pictures of the most important people!

Now I'm trying to deal with all this nervous energy as I start my new program tomorrow! Wild! I just keep thinking of all the things I don't know instead of remembering that I'm exactly where I am supposed to be - I'm not supposed to know it all! I'll try to remember to take a (much-requested) selfie with the new white coat :) Have a great week! (And to all my new M4 classmates - enjoy your much deserved week off!)
