ROAD TRIP 2013-- CAFE RIO

We have a lot of friends from the West Coast who are in Omaha for school. They rave about a restaurant, Cafe Rio. So, when we drove through Grand Junction, Colorado for lunch, we knew we had to stop.

I ordered the Sweet Pork Barbacoa Salad (a recommendation from a friend) and T ordered the Fire Grilled Chicken Burrito.

We too fell in love with Cafe Rio and wish they were a franchise so we could convince a friend to bring them to Omaha!
